The National Register's Nomination Form for this property is quite brief, offering up just two sentences:

1 1/2-story frame cottage; L-shaped wraparound verandah links south and past lateral gables: shingled gable ends with delicate vergeboards; good Eastlake dormer windows.

-and-

Fine and intact late Victorian cottage of Eastlake styling; home for many years of Mrs. William (Mollie) Baty; with exceptionally bold detailing.

It does mention that the owner was Mrs. Willis M. Plummer. A little Findagrave research turns up that Mrs. Plummer was the daughter of William R. (1862-1918) and Mollie Baty (1872-1955). Mr. Baty was a plumber who built this house between 1890 and 1895. He died an early death, while Mrs. Baty lived here until her passing in 1955. The Plummers took possession at some point, but Mr. Plummer passed on in 1985, while Mrs. Plummer followed in 2002. Note the profession of Mrs. Plummer's father compared to the name of the man she married.

This Late Victorian Queen Anne-style home has the classic asymmetric floor plan with a wraparound porch, prominent crossed front gables, fish scale siding, and spindle work on the porch. The Nomination Form notes the addition of concrete steps, and that the original porch brackets and balustrade are missing. Perhaps they will return if the home is restored.
