A very small slice of NPS land located in downtown Washington that showcases a wide range of floral displays. The library is used as a demonstration garden for NPS employees and visitors.

When I visited in April 2019, some flowers were in full bloom. There's a National Park Service sign located in the center which says that this Floral Library is part of the National Park Service. Located just south of Maine St., again also south of the Washington Monument.
