Floral Library - Washington, DC - National Parks of the World on Waymarking.com

When I visited in April 2019, some flowers were in full bloom. There's a National Park Service sign located in the center which says that this Floral Library is part of the National Park Service. Located just south of Maine St., again also south of the Washington Monument.
