This Penn DOT horizontal control benchmark disk is set in the top of a concrete wall on the south side of the bridge crossing Four Mile Creek along Route 5 in Lawrence Park, PA. It is directly across the street from a similar benchmark on the north wall of the bridge marked "F013 2013." This benchmark, however, is not stamped with a name or a year.
