George Arnold was the son of Lumley Arnold. His first wife was Elizabeth, daughter and heiress of William White, of Wolvey, Co. Warwick (d. 10 March 1788). He then married his second wife Jane, daughter of Lt-Gen. Morrison, of London, and died 24 Oct. 1806.
