Ce waymark consiste en une plaque métallique rectangulaire reposant sur un poteau métallique ancré dans le sol. Les lettres sur la plaque sont en relief. La plaque est située dans le parc de l'hôtel de ville, à droite du cénotaphe de Lachute, au coin d'Argenteuil et de la rue Principale. D'autres monuments aux morts ont été érigés à cet endroit. Les visiteurs bénéficieront de la présence de grands arbres et de tables de pique-nique s'ils recherchent un peu d'ombre et un endroit pour se reposer. Le parc est accessible à tout moment.

This waymark consists in a rectangular metal plaque resting on a metal post anchored in the ground. The letters on the plaque are raised in relief. The plaque is located in City Hall Park, to the right of the Lachute Cenotaph, at the corner of Argenteuil and Principale Street. Other war memorials have been erected at this location. Visitors will benefit from the presence of tall trees and picnic tables should they be on the lookout for a bit of shade and a place to rest. The park can be accessed at any time.
