The Legacy Program is an incentive program to attract owners of exceptional conservation land to preserve it for future generations by honoring family heritage or an area of cultural significance. This site also has importance due to its historical preservation of remnants of the Buckingham Army Air Field and Flexible Gunnery School utilized during World War II.
