Open Arms Blessing Box - OKC, OK - USA - Little Free Pantry on Waymarking.com

This free food pantry is located at the entrance to Open Arms Church, at Pennsylvania and N.W. 31st St. At the time of our visit, someone approached hoping to find food, and was disappointed that it was almost empty and hadn't been stocked in awhile. We had a nice conversation with him, and came away with a better understanding of the food that is most appreciated and needed to be donated. This was the first time in three months that I had been near a person who wasn't an immediate family member, so the interaction I had with this gentleman was appreciated on many levels. After we explained that we were documenting these boxes, he excitedly gave us great directions to find another one nearby that we didn't know about.

The box is made of wood, with four shelves and a glass double door. There was no signage on the pantry and very few items inside.
