The Evangelical Church in Žatec, a neo-Renaissance building erected in 1897-1898, is the parish church of the local congregation of the Evangelical Church of Czech Brethren (Ceskobratrská církev evangelická, CCE).

The Evangelical Church was built in 1897-1898 in the neo-Renaissance style on the site of a toll in the past. The initiator and donor of the building was the owner of the paper box factory Moritz Lüdersdorf, the head of the local evangelical community and a cultural patron. The evangelical church was built according to the plans of Josef Petrovský, the court architect M. Lüdersdorf, for whom he also designed the building of a cardboard factory and a residential villa in Žatec. The church is single-nave, rectangular structure with a triangular presbytery with an adjoining sacristy and a prismatic tower. The entire interior is covered by a ceiling. The furnishings and window paintings on the glass date from the end of the 19th century. The original organ, built by the Prague organist H. Schiffner from 1897, was lost after being transported to Germany for repair in 1938. The current organ was made by the Prague master Urban and they got to the church in Žatec after 1945 from an unknown location. Today, the church is the property and parish church of the Evangelical Church of Czech Brethren congregation in Žatec. The church hosts services, sometimes singing performances and concerts.
