A fourteen-bay, 2½ story structure, the Long House served as the Albion Company's boardinghouse. The structure seems to have originally been similar in size to other 1840s houses in Albion, -- the northern six bays are a later addition. It is one of the few wood frame buildings in Albion which have not been re-sided.
