"The chapel founded in 1203 on the grounds of an old sickroom (hospital for lepers), was dedicated to the Lord of Cantepie. It is located on the road from Bouvaincourt to Eu. It was renovated in bricks in 1852 in an awkward imitation of the ogival style.
This chapel was revered, especially by the sailors of Tréport and Cayeux. For a long time it was a place of pilgrimage. From midnight, we went around the chapel three times with animals (especially chickens and horses). "

" La chapelle fondée en 1203 sur les terres d’une ancienne maladrerie (hôpital pour lépreux), fut dédiée au Seigneur de Cantepie. Elle est située sur la route de Bouvaincourt à Eu. Elle fut rénovée en briques en 1852 dans une imitation maladroite du style ogival.
Cette chapelle était vénérée, surtout par les marins du Tréport et de Cayeux. Pendant longtemps elle fut un lieu de pèlerinage. A partir de minuit, on faisait trois fois le tour de la chapelle avec les animaux (surtout les poules et les chevaux)."
