Found on half-section of USDI-BLM land surrounded by Eagle Crest Resort.

Based on field measured GPS UTM grid coordinates, the present corner bears S 1.3°E from T15S R12E S9 10 15 16 COR, 5370' distant.

Found four western junipers with faded BEARING TREE tags. The section corner bears NNW, about 70'distant from a disused dirt road.
