Hydrologic station Hardegg with ultrasonic sensor measuring water level and flow rate (together with data of sensors measuring water temperature and pH) in Dyje river is powered by solar cell and is equipped by an automatic data transmission system sending data to local water management control centers in Czechia (Povodí Moravy s.p.) and in Austria. The station, reconstructed and modernised in October 2014, was partially financed from European Regional Development Funds.
