Peacefully on September 7th at Longfields Manor, the last of his generation at the age of 100, entered into his eternal rest to join his beloved Muriel (1992). Cherished dad of Ron (Leonore) Kentville, Nova Scotia, Lynda (Bob) Ottawa, and Bruce, North Vancouver. Loving Grandpa of Scott (Kim) and Pam, Ottawa, Patrice (Kyle), Burnaby BC, and Kathryn (Matt) Port Coquitlam, BC. Great Grandpa of Kathryn’s sons, Carter and Hudson. Fondly remembered by Ewart Wiggans, Vernon BC. Survived by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents W.J. Phillips and Catherine Frame and siblings Herb, Bea, Leita, Ches, Jean, Erma and Elrick. Dad lived with a great abiding faith. Always proud of his family, his Scottish heritage and the fellowship of the Masonic fraternity. Heartfelt thank you to the dedicated staff of Longfields Manor for their wonderful compassionate care and to Rev. George Clifford for the gift of his friendship.
