The complete name of this tourist information center is Centro de Aténcion al Turista - Peotonal Florida. As the name says it's located near the pedestrian street Florida, one of the fanciest of the Argentinian capital and the usual place to exchange money.
It's a small kiosk and the public won't enter it.
