Waltrovka Residence, finished in 2019, is architecturally very interesting complex of residential and office-administrative buildings in Prague-Jinonice, right next to the Radlice Radial Road.
The Waltrovka complex, whose shape resembles a lizard or crocodile, consists of two parts:
- Residential, which consists of family houses and multi-storey residential houses
- Office-administrative, which is further divided into three large LEED-certified buildings:
- Aviatica
- Mechanica
- Dynamica
The name Waltrovka is taken from the name of the former Walter Motors factory for the production of cars and aircraft engines, on whose premises the current complex was built (2015-2019).
