The Ronstadt Transit Center occupies the former site of the Ronstadt Hardware Company in downtown Tucson. Designed to maintain the appearance of a store front, the site is surrounded by a wall with arched entry points. This clock sits above the wall at the intersection of 6th Avenue and Congress Street. The clock is composed of two concentric, blue circles with the hours marked by connecting bars. The hands are simple bars, the mechanism is held in place by a supporting pipe allowing the face of the clock to be open. This minimalist style and structure matches that of the interior appointments of the transit center.
