Location of sign: 61243 Mo C, High Point

This store name is on a tin sign on the west side of the building....
Should have read, or at least use to read:

The other tin sign, well, the top portion is wiped clean by wind rain and that ugly ole father time....the bottom half is almost a rust collection...but the Bottle Cap for a Pepsi Cola soda can be figured out. The rest is unreadable....AH! But sign fans you are in luck....
I am older than dirt and remember this sign from my misguided youth...and the little town (110 population) I grew up in.....it reads:

"The side (west) elevation along High Point Road reveals the Tising Store's stepped roofline and brick construction, which is mostly masked on the primary elevation. Bricks are laid in a primarily eight-course common bond. A tin sign, located approximately 20 feet from the northwest comer, reads: "J.F. TISINGS & SONS - HIGH POINT." A cellar entry is located approximately at midpoint. A side brick chimney emerges from the roof directly above it. A single-leaf entrance consisting of a four-panel door with transom and double header segmental arch is located at the south end." ~ NRHP Nomination Form
