The walking / biking trail across the Woodrow Wilson Memorial Bridge, takes you to three scenic lookouts on the bridge, each with a sign describing the history of the area and each with a pair of coin-op binoculars. From here you can survey the Alexandria waterfront and can also see the large monuments on the D.C. Mall.
