Trípatrová vila má clenitý pudorys. Ulrich eklekticky spojil novorenesanci, manýrismus, novobaroko a tzv. švýcarský styl s lehkými náznaky secese. Z vnejšku stavba zaujme terasami a zdobeným balustrádovým zábradlím. Fasáda je dále doplnena erby s girlandami a venci.
Sídlí zde reditelství Centra kultury a vzdelávání Moravská Ostrava, od roku 1993 Výstavní sín Sokolská 26 a od roku 1996 se v suterénu nachází hudební klub Parník.
The three-storey villa has a rugged ground plan. Ulrich eclectically combined Neo-Renaissance, Mannerism, Neo-Baroque and the so-called Swiss style with slight hints of Art Nouveau. From the outside, the building impresses with its terraces and decorated balustrade railings. The facade is further completed with coats of arms with garlands and wreaths.
The headquarters of the Center of Culture and Education Moravská Ostrava has been located here, since 1993 the Exhibition Hall Sokolská 26 and since 1996 the music club Parník has been located in the basement.
