This is a two-story brick building which is occupied by American Legion Post 0117 Hall. The building has a flat roof with a metal cornice. There are two storefronts, updated in the 1950's, which have aluminum-framed display windows and doors, and are recessed beneath a wood canopy. The clerestories are covered with metal siding.

The upper floor has two bays, each with two pair of double-hung windows. The window units have continuous limestone sills and lintels. Access to the upper floor is gained from the interior of the building. The District was placed on the National Register in 2005.
