Memorial plaque to Private William Berry in St Mary's church, Ashley, killed in the Second Boer War, 1900. The memorial consists of an alabaster decorative edging on a slate backboard, with a roundel containing the emblem of 3 feathers in a crown. The inscription is in raised lettering on a metal plate.
