The artist, Justin Lopez, is one of several extremely talented artists in the Galveston area.

Located of the flat of a corner on the barricade outside of the former Col. Bubbies Surplus store at Strand and 24th.

In this mural we have a partial profile of a man - this could be a self portrait of the artist. An underwater scene and a beach scene done in purple and yellows.
