Kladno Chateau is one of the oldest building structures in the city, a historic art monument. The Baroque three-wing chateau on the site of the chateau of the Ždárský family of Ždár. Reconstruction took place during the rule of the Brevnov abbot Benno Lobl in the 1st half of the 18th century, based on the plans of architect Kilián Ignác Dientzenhofer. The chapel of St. Lawrence decorated with frescoes has been preserved in its original form on the first floor.
