Bare bones park...almost nothing town, with park that matches...

The city has a web page run by a outside source, but they have a Facebook   page of sorts, not very informative...but money is probably very short here.

The park had, when I visited, dead grass, playground equipment, and the pavilion with picnic equipment...one tree, and nothing else.
