At the entrance of the Hotel Bristol a metal plaque informs in Macedonian and English language about the history of this building in relation to the Rotary Club. The inscription reads:

In this hotel members of the First Rotary Club of Skopje established in 1931 by the Rotary International under number 3474 have had meeting regularly

Rotary Club of Skopje 2001

The hotel seemed to be closed when we were there, but we don't know whether it was just closed temporarily (for restoration or something) or forever.
