A multi-year project to renovate the Morgan-Sullivan Bridge has create traffic problems as the bridge across the Westfield River is reduced to one lane in each direction and access to northbound River Road is blocked. To help the public avoid the area if there is a great deal of congestion, a webcams have been set up on both ends of the bridge.
