The old bell tower was not rebuilt, but replaced by a bell tower surmounting the western gable in the second half of the 18th century. All that remains of the original steeple is part of the access staircase, integrated into a buttress to the north of the building. The vault of the nave, also destroyed, was replaced by a false vault of plaster basket handle, perhaps at the same time.
The bell bears the inscription: "Made in the year 1872 by Monsieur Antonin Vauthier in Saint-Emilion, Gironde, christened Marie-Clémentine by Augustin Juillon, parish priest of Courcelles and Antezant, godmother: Eglantine-Marie Brossard. : Auguste Delaveau ". The bell tower and the ceiling were restored in the 4th quarter of the 20th century.

L'ancien clocher n'a pas été reconstruit, mais remplacé par un campanile surmontant le pignon occidental, dans la 2e moitié du 18e siècle. Il ne reste du clocher primitif qu'une partie de l'escalier d'accès, intégré dans un contrefort au nord de l'édifice. La voûte de la nef, également détruite, a été remplacée par une fausse voûte de plâtre en anse de panier, peut-être à la même période.
La cloche porte l'inscription : "Faite en l'an 1872 par Monsieur Antonin Vauthier à Saint-Emilion en Gironde. Baptisée Marie-Clémentine par Monsieur Augustin Juillon, curé de Courcelles et d'Antezant. Marraine : Eglantine-Marie Brossard. Parrain : Auguste Delaveau". Le clocher et le plafond ont été restaurés dans le 4e quart du 20e siècle.
