Zbraslavice Castle Brewery. It is reported that in the brewery in Zbraslavice was founded in the 16th century as part of the local noble estates. By the end of the 19th century, it ceased to be profitable and the cancellation of brewing operations in 1904 was inevitable. The Zbraslavice Castle Brewery was founded in 2015 and ties into the long tradition of brewing in Zbraslavice. Today’s modern brewery can be now found on the premises of the original Zbraslavice brewery.

Beer is produced using traditional artisanal methods, with no modification before bottling – not even pasteurization or filtration.

Zámecký pivovar Zbraslavice. Uvádí se, že pivovar ve Zbraslavicíh vznikl již v 16. století jako soucást zdejšího panského sídla. Ke konci 19. století prestával být pivovarský provoz rentabilní a v roce 1904 došlo k jeho nevyhnutelnému zrušení. Zámecký pivovar Zbraslavice byl založen v roce 2015 a navazuje na dlouholetou tradici pivovarnictví ve Zbraslavicích. Soucasný, moderní pivovar naleznete v prostorách puvodního zbraslavického pivovaru.

Pivo je zde vyrábeno tradicním remeslným zpusobem, pred stácením není nijak upravováno – nefiltruje se ani nepasteruje.
