[DE] Das viergeschossige Haus Nummer 30 in der Rochusstraße in Aachen ist ein Baudenkmal. Es wurde von Arnold Königs erbaut. Auffällig sind die Erker und Balkone sowie das Dekor (Neobarock und Jugendstil). Am oberen Ende des Erkes ist das Baujahr angegeben.

[ENG] The four-storey house number 30 in the Rochusstraße in Aachen is a historic German monument. It was built by Arnold König. Striking are the bay windows and balconies as well as the decor (Neo-Baroque and Art Nouveau). At the top of the Erkes the year of construction is indicated.
