Das Faberschloss, auch Steiner Schloss, Schloss Faber-Castell, manchmal auch Bleistiftschloss genannt, ist ein historistischer Schlosskomplex aus dem 19. beziehungsweise frühen 20. Jahrhundert und besteht aus zwei Bauteilen. 1843 bis 1846 wurde das sogenannte Alte Schloss vom Architekten Friedrich Bürklein im Stil der Neorenaissance für Lothar von Faber geplant und erbaut. Die durch Bleistiftproduktion ihres Unternehmens Faber-Castell reich gewordene gräfliche Familie von Faber-Castell ließ 1903/1906 das Neue Schloss nach Plänen von Theodor von Kramer im Stil der Deutschen Romanik erbauen.

The Faber Castle, also Steiner Castle, Faber-Castell Castle, sometimes called the Pencil Castle, is a historicist castle complex from the 19th and early 20th century and consists of two components. Between 1843 and 1846, the so-called Alte Schloss was designed and built by the architect Friedrich Bürklein in neo-renaissance style for Lothar von Faber. The Fabulous family of Faber-Castell, who had become rich through the pencil production of their company Faber-Castell, built the New Castle in 1903/1906 according to plans by Theodor von Kramer in the style of the German Romanesque style.
