Svetec je zobrazen v obvyklé ikonografii s krucifixem a s planoucí pochodní v pravé ruce, oblecený do kanovnického odevu s biretem. Lehký kontrapost postavy je naznacen uvolnenou pravou nohou a úklonem hlavy do leva smerem ke krucifixu. Drapérie není príliš dynamická, prevažují vertikální záhyby.

EN: Saint John of Nepomuk (or John Nepomucene) (Czech: Jan Nepomucký; German: Johannes Nepomuk; Latin: Ioannes Nepomucenus) (c. 1345 – March 20, 1393) is the saint of Bohemia (Czech Republic) who was drowned in the Vltava river at the behest of Wenceslaus, King of the Romans and King of Bohemia. Later accounts state that he was the confessor of the queen of Bohemia and refused to divulge the secrets of the confessional. On the basis of this account, John of Nepomuk is considered the first martyr of the Seal of the Confessional, a patron against calumnies and, because of the manner of his death, a protector from floods and drowning.

Baroque sandstone from 1726 statue is located on the square near the main road and bus stop. The statue stands on a distinct rectangular prismatic pedestal. The front side of the pedestal is decorated with five eight-pointed stars, the back side is engraved the year 1726. The pedestal is seated on a high octagonal degree. The saint is depicted in the usual iconography with a crucifix and a flaming torch in his right hand, dressed in canonical clothing with a biret. The slight contrast of the figure is indicated by a relaxed right foot and a left head bow towards the crucifix. Drapery is not very dynamic, vertical folds prevail.
