These Electrical Vehicle chargers are located in the parking lot of Target

The west side of the Target parking lot is the location of these two electrical vehicle charging stations. Each station powers two vehicles, with the pumps on the front panel rather than the side. The top of each station has the following text:

There are now four charging stations, and orange netting is still around the charging area (but it appears they are able to be used).
