Located behind the Visitor Centre in Bon Echo Provincial Park, the coin-free viewer enables visitors a detailed view of the Walt Whitman memorial carved into the face of the Mazinaw Rock.

The binocular was built and/or installed by Hi-Spy Viewing Machines, a Canadian company based out of Cobourg, Ontario.
There is an access fee for Bon Echo Provincial Park during the regular season. In the off season visitors can park at the gate and walk in. Operating hours and fees can be found on the park website: (
