While Weatherford, the adjacent big city, does have a public library, it lacks a book store of any kind, so a few Little Free Libraries have been established to pick up the slack. The property owners here have been gracious enough to plant this on their property, so please take only photos or books and leave only footprints or books.

The colors on this Little Free Library will reach out to attract anybody. It's made of wood and supported by a wooden stand. Most of it is purple, sitting on a green plank (grass?) with a yellow door and stand. Gold wooden letters are on each of the short sides, and the roof is topped by wooden shingles, although there are a few standard shingles, probably to help out during serious weather. A blue sign with "Take One Bring One" in white is attached to the stand, and there are a couple of wooden steps to help the little ones to reach the door.
