Bagley Park is located at 201 NE Jackson Street Hillsboro, OR, 97124. This park and most Hillsboro parks are open dawn to dusk.
From the Park Webpage: "The full basketball court can be accessed from the main path at the northeast corner of the park."
The coordinates were taken at the center of this basketball court. I suspect that this facility is mostly used as two half courts however, it should be reasonably close to a regulation size full court. The playing surface is not super smooth like a wood floor, more like pavement material. All the nets are in good condition and the striping is in poor condition.
