A Ministry of Natural Resources marker from 1979 located outside the entrance of Finlayson Point Provincial Park 1 km south of the town of Temagami. The marker is set atop a rock cut on the west side of highway 11 100 m north of the park entrance. Parking can be found on the shoulder of Finlayson Park Road and a 100 m hike up the hydro cut will get you to the marker.
