This gazebo is set in the back corner of a parking area at the west end of the French King Bridge along Route 2 (also known as The Mohawk Trail) in Gill, Massachusetts.
The wood post and beam structure is mounted on an octagonal concrete pad embedded flush with the surrounding blacktop. The gazebo is painted light brown, has light gray asphalt shingles, and is topped with a small, metal-capped cupola. A solid ceiling, made from beadboard panels painted the same light brown, is punctuated by recessed lights around its perimeter. A map of Massachusetts is mounted behind plexiglass on the southwest side of a freestanding bulletin board centered on the gazebo floor.
