Au centre de la Bibliothèque de l’Assemblée nationale du Québec se trouve une magnifique verrière.
Installée en 1916, elle est réalisée d'après une toile de Charles Huot par Guido Nincheri de la maison Henri Perdriau à Montréal. Elle représente la chute Ouiatchouan de Val-Jalbert. On y voit une femme qui puise de l’eau au pied de la chute.
Au bas de celle-ci, la devise de la Bibliothèque se lit comme suit : « Je puise mais n’épuise ». Cette allégorie indique qu’au même titre qu’il est impossible d’épuiser l’eau de la chute, le savoir contenu dans une bibliothèque ne peut se tarir. On y remarque plusieurs motifs floraux, dont des iris versicolores, des marguerites, des églantines et des immortelles. Dans les coins inférieurs, on découvre les armoiries de la ville de Québec et les anciennes armoiries de la ville de Montréal.

L'accès a la bibliothèque est par le tunnel du nouveau pavillon d'accueil de l'Assemblée Nationale du Québec. In the centre of the Bibliothèque de l'Assemblée nationale du Québec is a beautiful canopy.
