While I'm a Registered Nurse, I think that this old tractor had a seed spreader attached to the PTO. It has steel-spiked rear wheels, and rubber wheels to the front. It is mostly painted grey, with some orange highlights. When I phoned the Premer Hotel, the owner told me he thinks it is a E27N model Fordson, which does look like models for sale, tho maybe not quite as big.
