Fargo has been working on bringing back people to downtown. The city has been making an effort to be more bike friendly; bike lanes, bike racks on city buses and a campaign to inform drivers that they are required to share the roads with cyclists.

Here the city has combined the art of Jeff Knight and Brittany Sickler with the need of a place to secure bikes.
