A large marble and limestone monument erected and dedicated by the State of Pennsylvania. It honours those Pennsylvanians who lost their lives during the Mexican War of 1846 to 1848.

The monument features a winged "Victory" perched on top a carved column, and placed on a marble base, and four eagles at each corner of the base.
