At the base of the Raymond Vaneless Windmill, a unique non working “Vaneless” windmill is a hand operated pump, complete with handle. The windmill is a “10-ft. Raymond Windmill” Circa 1900, donated by Garnet and Helen Brooks February 17, 1987. It is located on the grounds of the Heritage Park.
