The Anglican congregation dates back to 1792. This building is over 100 years old but the building has only been on this site since 1957. The church building was moved to this higher ground to escape the flooding from the construction of the St Lawrence Seaway.

Holy Trinity is part of the parish of South Dundas which includes the church in Morrisburg.
