This horse drawn wagon was built by the Peter Pirsch Fire Apparatus Company in 1908. It was purchased by the city of West Allis, Wisconsin and was in operation until they motorized in 1920. The wagon would carry a 50' ladder, 35' ladder, smaller ladders and any other equipment that wouldn't fit on a regular fire truck.
