The mausoleum is a Greek Revival temple with 4 Doric columns supporting the pediment. There are five courses of granite blocks that make up the walls. The entryway is a pair of bronze doors with glass and bronze filigree work. Above the doors is an entablature that reads "OSBORNE". The base of the pediment has another entablature that reads: "MCMXI"
