The east window of St Peter's church is an 1858 Heaton & Butler window. This was just before Robert Bayne joined and gave the workshop their glory years. The north chancel window is by Thomas Baillie which spills coloured light across the sanctuary. A naive depiction of Christ handing the keys of the kingdom to St Peter while two little Suffolk sheep look on..... There is something not quite right about the depiction. If you look carefully, Christ's hands already bear the scars of his crucifixion.
