This building is located at 121-123 Muskogee Avenue. It is a two-story building with a flat roof, constructed in 1923. The cornerstone on the north end of the facade at knee height reads: "P. T. RUMMAGE / 1923". [We found a Perry Rummage - 1876 - 1942 who is buried in Claremore's Woodlawn Cemetery.]
The building has two mirror-image storefronts, with the entrances side-by-side at the center. The glass-panel doors are located under a metal canopy and are flanked by 6-over-6 double hung windows. The former entrance to the second level, as well as the storefronts are faced with wood boarding. It appears that the upper floor is in use, but no longer has an outside entrance.
The windows on the upper level have 6/6 double hung units with continuous concrete sills and lintels. There are additional windows on both levels on the south side of the building which faces an alley.
