The Rogers County Courthouse is a fairly new building, located at 200 Lynn Riggs Blvd in Claremore. The courthouse is a four-story brick and precast concrete building. Facing west, the main entrance is located in a projected entrance bay which has a gabled roof and a triangular concrete pediment.

The clock face is set in the pediment above the entrance, above the words "ROGERS COUNTY COURTHOUSE". It has Roman numerals.
