FR Il s'agit d'une petite mare temporaire résultant de l'activité de l'exploitation de l'ocre. Cette mare est le lieu de reproduction de nombreux espèces d'amphibiens, rares et protégées du Luberon.
On note parmi les espèces végétales rares ou protégées : La gagée de Bohème (Gagea bohemica), la loeflingie d'Espagne (loeflingia hispanica), paronyque en cime, ...
On note parmi les espèces animales rares ou protégées : le "crapaud à couteaux" (pélobate cultripède), l'agrion nain (ischnura pumilio), ...
Un panneau nous informe que cet espace est également fréquentée par les chevreuils et les sangliers, dont vous verrez peut-être quelques traces alentours.
